
Growing up in the Great Pacific Northwest, John learned the importance of seasonality and sourcing the best ingredients the surrounding region has to offer. Having worked under multiple James Beard award winning chefs, he has developed a style that utilizes French Technique to highlight and honor various cuisines including Italian, Japanese and Southern Mexican to name a few. After working in the restaurant world for over 15 years, John has enjoyed his experience as a private chef working with clients in their homes to create relationships based on collaboration and guest satisfaction. Menu development with clients is a process of understanding your vision met with his passion and execution.
